CustomerGauge has been listed in Gartner’s 2017 Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Solutions report.
Nov 10th, Amsterdam: CustomerGauge, a leading international Net Promoter Score® software provider, announced it has been listed in Gartner’s 2017 Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Solutions report. The report provides a look at Representative Vendors in the VoC market.
According to Gartner, “VoC tools enable application leaders supporting CX to understand customer experiences, perceptions and expectations. These tools vary significantly based on their heritage, but all VoC vendors aim to collect, analyze and act on feedback data.”
In Gartner’s 2017 Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Solutions, CustomerGauge was listed as a Representative Vendor and its current capabilities were identified among 21 vendors.
